Viral Politics may revolutionize U.S. election process

I’ve heard a lot of buzz about the ‘Crush on Obama’ song and I just got around to peaking in on you tube to see what it was about.  People are excited and ready for change in Washington, and Barack Obama seems to be ‘different’ and refreshing, but can he beat Hillary?  Will videos like this help or hurt him with certain demographics that he may need to target?  I say it helps, but I’ve heard some people believe it tarnishes his image.

It seems like harmless fun and I think the benefits of videos like this will help improve Obama’s reputation far more than it’ll hurt.  Viral videos and political ad campaigns are pretty effective at getting names out of candidates that don’t have the money that the front-runners do.  Of course, Obama doesn’t seem to have money problems or ‘visibility’ problems on the big stage.  Obama  has tons of support and Hillary Clinton is going to need to work hard if she wants to retain her status and become President.

Lots of people are calling it for Clinton.. but its still early, I think we’ll be surprised by more of this internet viral marketing and political stunts.  I’ve written a lot about Ron Paul recently because he is an exciting figure and I like that he is shaking up the Republican part.  I plan on creating more content that will bring some light over to the Democrats and discuss some of the issues they are facing as well.
