Hillary Clinton turns up the heat on Republicans

“Turn up the heat” is the theme, the crowd in Iowa is screaming like they’re at a rock concert!

Hillary Clinton promises to “end the era of cowboy diplomacy and restore America’s standing and leadership in the world!” Tonight, she may have made the loudest statement of any Democratic campaign against Republicans. She gave a scorching review of Republican conduct in office, something that the GOP has been doing against Democrats from day one. Hillary wants to reform the government, restore America, reclaim the future for our children and she wants to make sure we “turn up the heat and turn America around!”

Among other issues Senator Clinton touched on were the desire of Democrats to help the poor, promote gay rights, civil rights, free speech, labor, and more.. She talked about restoring the labor department to a department that is actually pro-labor and a justice department that actually cares about delivering justice. She even brought up the immunity against telecommunications companies, apparently she is against giving them a get out of jail free card.

The crowd is going crazy, they loved her speech, and I have to say.. so did I! Barack Obama is coming up next, meanwhile Nancy Pelosi is making a brief statement as the crowd calms down. Wow! I’ll briefly update this later tonight after Brarack Obama speaks.
