Chicken Fried Rat Tacos

Looks like KFC and Tacobell have been embarassed by a recent franchise’s violation of it’s “high standard” for establishing and maintaining a franchise.

I’ve no doubt that  policies for creating  these franchises are strict in nature, and require standards be met.  The problem isn’t with corporate standards, it is more of a problem with regulation.  We don’t force frequent inspections of fast food business because it would be costly to do so and prices of food would go up.  That then forces a hit on consumer spending and as corporate chains profits decline so do investors’ faith in the market.  You’re left with an economy that starts spiraling downward and fewer convenient locations where you can find your tasty Taco treats or KFC finger-lickin’ good lovin!

Conclusion: Rat tolerance can help spur the economy!
