Clinton Attacks Anti-Democratic Obama Supporters

Hillary Clinton has been implying that Obama and his campaign are trying to stop people from voting. She’s been trying to paint Barack Obama as anti-Democratic. Here’s something she told voters in Montana:
“My take on it is a lot of Senator Obama’s supporters want to end this race because they don’t want people to keep voting. That’s just the opposite of what I believe. We want people to vote. I want the people of Montana to vote, don’t you?”
This morning on MSNBC news, they aired a clip of Hillary Clinton speaking on the campaign trail in Pennsylvania and she said again that Obama supporters don’t want her to keep on fighting and to my amusement she made a cheesy allusion to Rocky Balboa, the Philadelphia hero. She said that Rocky wouldn’t have gone up the steps only to quit, she’s a fighter and intends to keep fighting until she wins the nomination.
The rhetoric was a bit lame, maybe there is a generational or regional gap, but it just sounded silly. Meanwhile, Barack Obama was interviewed in the same television segment and when asked point blank if he thinks Hillary Clinton should step down, he said no. Obama insists that it is the right of any citizen to run for President as long as they like and that as long as Hillary Clinton is running for president, he will not take anything for granted.
I think the real story here is that Hillary Clinton’s strategy is to somewhat antagonize Barack Obama supporters, because the more she pushes them the more fired up her campaign supporters are. Of course, that goes contrary to the hopes of a less divisive democratic primary, but what do I know.. I’m just an anti-democratic fool who hates America.

Hillary loves to role play. One minute she is the victim, and the next she is the hunter. She smiles with Obama, but has deeply resented his rise and I truly believe her deep regret for squandering her advantage last year.
