ex-Reagan staff, Dr. Paul Roberts, compares Bush to a Nazi regime

Dr. Paul Roberts says President Bush is worse than Hitler and Stalin:

Paul Craig Roberts said that the US government is in the hands of dangerous psychopaths and a disgrace to humans. He further said that President Bush should be arrested as a war criminal and turned over to the the Hague.

Well, unlike Hitler, President Bush’s intent was good and unlike Hitler, Bush lacks the intelligence to carry out such devious plans.

former Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, Dr. Paul Roberts

Secretary of the US Treasury Dr. Paul Craig Roberts expressed a dire warning that the US government has fallen into the hands of Neo-Con psychopaths.

From the Daily KOS

Every American who voted Republican shares responsibility for the great evil America has brought to the Middle East.

I understand the anger and resentment that many liberals have over President Bush and the Iraq War, but the worst possible thing you can do right now is blame Republicans for being Republican. There is a problem with the political conversation in America, this is true. If I had to choose who was to blame for the election and reelection of our beloved President, it would be the Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and Liberal Radical groups that refuse to discuss the issues.

More on Dr. Paul Craig Roberts via RedStateHate blog:

The evil that America brought to Iraq transcends the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians who have been killed and maimed in the conflict. The evil goes beyond the destruction of ancient historical artifacts and the civilian infrastructure of a secular state and the decimation of the lives, careers, and families of millions of Iraqis.

If you’re trying to compare degrees of wrongness, don’t measure it in ‘hundreds of thousands of lives’ vs. something worse! I mean, if our national government is committing certain atrocities, then they are atrocious no matter which way you slice it. I know that its important to get the point across that President Bush sucks, but you’re also demeaning an entire American populace in order to denounce the President.

President Bush’s election and reelection happened because the American people have become sheep. We’re accustomed to being spoon-fed the news by radio talk show hosts, television, the media, *cough* bloggers, and we do very little thinking for ourselves. The fact that President Bush was elected in 2004 speaks volumes for the problems with our political system. It only begins to scrape the surface, unfortunately, and as our country ages further we will find a need to either stick strictly to the constitution or revise the damn thing since we aren’t playing by the founders’ rules anyway.

Violence and killing that Bush brought to Iraq has spread antagonism between Sunni and Shiite throughout the Middle East with potentially draconian consequences. Bush’s war has turned Muslim hearts and minds against America and made terrorism an acceptable means to resist American hegemony. With his mindless war, Bush created more terrorism than the world has ever seen.

Yeah, thats true.. but its all President Bush. Our government is weak, our dissenters have been silenced by the partisan rhetoric, at least now Republicans are on board with the Bush hate.. but why blame them for being deceived by a “dangerous psychopath war criminal?” Either go after the President or go after the party, but they are not one and the same. I know the party is probably screwed for a good decade or more, but Republicans or some other group will redefine conservatism and all will be well on the conservative side of the aisle.

The reasons given for the American invasion of Iraq have been exposed as lies, revealing America as either a country of fools and idiots or of war criminals.

Yes, we know that President Bush and administration is awash in scandals, deceptions, lies and hatred throughout the world. This kind of attack is part of what has created so much angst among Americans and its forced us into a political sphere of chaos where only the masters of language will be given any respect. Why not tame the rhetoric and channel the rage to removing our ‘idiot’ President from office.. your time is better spent that way than enraging the masses by calling everyone a war criminal or psychopath.

Worldwide polls show that America is no longer regarded as a guiding light but is tied with Israel as the second greatest threat to world stability Iran was rated as the #1 threat to the world.

Sources? I don’t doubt we’re regarded as a threat to world stability, but its not America.. its Bush’s foreign policy. The language that you use is the reason that wars are started. Its the belief that everything is black and white, that you’re either “with us or against us”. Its this line of political theory that I strongly disagree with. Where are the fighters that want to reclaim American for the people? Where are the advocates that have as much passion and conviction as the liberal radicals with an intelligent response to President Bush’s destruction of America, her constitution and reputation around the World?

I understand much of the anger, it enrages me too, but the rhetoric will be as damaging to our nation as the ‘Anti-American’ rhetoric was to democratic changes in 2004.
